ABOUT THE UNITED STATES 2020 SENATE FORUM
There is a dire need to equip voters with vital knowledge to enable them to make more informed decisions. The Atlanta Black Chambers supports small businesses and professionals by providing the proper resources to build more fulfilling companies and lives for themselves and their families. They also reach the community and state through various events such as the 2020 Senate Forum.
The forum that will take place on May 8, 2020, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm will be hosted by the Atlanta Black Chambers Governmental Affairs Committee. The non-partisan forum will include confirmed candidates such as Kelly Loeffler, Teresa Pike Johnson, John Ossoff, Raphael Warnock, Sara Riggs Amico, Maya Dillard Smith, Marckeith Dejesus, Al Bartell, Derrick E. Grayson, Deborah Jackson, Rod Mack, Annette Davis Jackson, Kandis Taylor, John Fortuin, A. Wayne Johnson, Richard Dien Winfield, Valencia Stovall, Tamara Johnson-Shealey, and Allen Buckley. Dr. Diane Daniels Adoma, the Atlanta Black Chambers’ V.P. of Governmental Affairs, will serve as the dynamic host for the event.
The remarkable moderators will include Dr. Rashad Richey from WAOK and V-103 and Shelby Winter from 95.5 WSB. The 2020 election has been labeled by some as the most critical election of our lifetimes. This forum will be pivotal for everyone.
