  • The Women’s League Elevate Project is a transformational two-year initiative led by the Women’s League of the Atlanta Black Chambers, dedicated to accelerating the growth of Black women-owned businesses. Designed to help entrepreneurs move from micro-businesses to sustainable small enterprises, the project offers high-impact, cohort-based training programs in key areas, including financial management, customer experience, government contracting, and additional areas to be announced. The Women’s League is an affinity group within the Atlanta Black Chambers (ABC) designed to elevate, empower, and help Black women excel in business. We focus on business and leadership development, networking, and providing resources to help our members thrive personally and professionally.

Yes, the Atlanta Black Chambers membership is required to become part of the Women’s League. Once you are an ABC member, you can choose to join the Women’s League at no additional cost. By joining ABC, you gain access to all the benefits of ABC membership and the unique opportunities and resources provided by the Women’s League.  

As a member of the Women’s League, you will have access to exclusive events, workshops, mentorship opportunities, and a supportive network of like-minded women committed to professional growth and community impact. 

You can join the Atlanta Black Chambers and the Women’s League by completing the membership application on our website. Membership options and pricing are available on the application page. Click here to join or learn more. 

The Women’s League is open to women of all industries and backgrounds who are members of the Atlanta Black Chambers and are passionate about professional growth, collaboration, and empowering other women.

The Women’s League of the Atlanta Black Chambers offers four levels of engagement, allowing you to participate in a way that best suits your interests and availability. Here’s how you can get involved:

  1. Show Up-The easiest way to engage is to attend our events and monthly meetings! By showing up, you’re taking an active role in our community. In addition to participating, help us expand our reach by liking and sharing event information with your network. Follow us on LinkedIn to stay connected: ABC Women’s League LinkedIn.
  2. Become an Ambassador- As an Ambassador, you serve as an informal brand representative of the Women’s League. This role is essential for inviting others to our community and helping spread awareness about our mission. Ambassadors also provide support as needed on the day of events.
  3. Support Team- The Impact Team plays a critical role in driving the planning and execution of our events, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver on our mission. Team members assist with logistics, coordinate event details, and contribute to the success of our programs and initiatives with excellence.
  4. Take on a Leadership Role- For those ready to deepen their involvement, consider stepping into a leadership role within the Women’s League. This may include leading an initiative, serving as a committee chair, or taking an active role in shaping the strategic direction of our programs.

WEALTH CreateHers

Wealth CreateHers is an 8-week financial management program designed to empower Black women entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make informed financial decisions and build sustainable businesses. Through real-world simulations, participants will create financial plans and solve case studies that mirror everyday business challenges. By the end of the program, students will walk away with practical tools they can implement immediately, from budgeting and planning to managing debt, investing, and retirement planning. In addition to deepening their financial literacy, participants will gain the confidence to apply these skills in their businesses and personal lives, all while building meaningful connections with a supportive network of like-minded peers.

Government Contracting

The Government Contracting Program is an 18-week intensive designed to equip Black women entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to successfully pursue and win government contracts. Participants will gain a strong foundation in core business practices—including proper licensing, compliance, and registration—while developing essential documents such as a compelling capabilities statement and understanding critical industry classifications like NAICS and PSC codes. The program prepares participants to be government-ready through SAM registration, certifications like WOSB or 8(a), and insights into federal procurement processes. From conducting effective market research to identifying buyers and writing competitive proposals, this program ensures that participants leave not only business-ready, but contract-ready—with the skills to build strategic partnerships, confidently bid on opportunities, and perform successfully in the government marketplace.

Customer Experience Training

Customer Experience is a 4-module program designed for business owners who are ready to elevate their brand by putting their customers at the heart of their business strategy. This hands-on, practical course provides the tools to map and optimize the customer journey, enhance loyalty, and drive long-term value. Participants will gain actionable insights from customer feedback, develop strategies that support financial growth and sustainability, and strengthen their customer service skills with advanced interpersonal techniques. By the end of the program, you’ll be equipped to create standout experiences that keep your customers coming back and position your business for lasting success.
